  4. Sold EGC to BNB for some reason showing up as 0. I had £1300 worth of EGC and when i sold to bnb it only gave me £760 worth of bnb?

  5. I only have pictures after i swapped to bnb not before when i had my egc but please check my account and you will see.

How can i rectify?.

Hello @Tumeet if error occurred during swapping or you set higher slippage % and you received less amount, contact the platform used during swapping for support.

Também preciso de ajuda, mandei spell da binance pra trust já faz mais de 24 horas, aparece como completado mas não chegou!!! Preciso de ajuda

It’s sorted now… It may be because I raised my own ticket with all the correct categories for what the issue was… But its sorted anyway. Thanks
