I transfer ETH from roqqu

Since you are transferring from Roqqu, is this your personal wallet address from the Trust Wallet app 0x401c3ae7c1560ecb2995f493c3f1cb7be1f7aa12?

Also, do you own this address which Roqqu replaced with? 0x401c3ae7c1560ecb2995f493c3f1cb7be1f7aa12

You need to contact the customer support of Roqqu so they can assist you with the withdrawal issue.

I already contact them is about 4 day’s no any changes

You have to wait for them, as they are the ones who will process your transaction, not Trust Wallet.
