Transferred Theta from binance to trust wallet but not showing in wallet

Thank you @Tobi for the reply in such less time. I have toggled on the THETA.

yet, THETA is not appearing as shown below:

I thought I might have sent to the wrong wallet and went through the procedure as shown in this thread. “i-transfered-to-a-wrong-address-on-trust-wallet/354750” and imported wallet after doing the process at “Mnemonic Code Converter”, still THETA did not appear.

Below is the snapshot of my transaction from binance

I observed that the network option given by binance was THETA and not ERC20, but in Trust wallet THETA appears in ERC20 network.

Please help me.

I sent BNB from bybit to my trust wallet here is my trust wallet address 0x38f1e6dB131B0098099aF5db5E8c9489B36acF23
I can’t find the token yet it shows transfer successful in my trust wallet

It over 20 hours my BNB is not reflecting on my balance yet what’s going on

Update I switched my network to a better one and surprisedly my BNB balance appeared am so happy thanks allot Tobi for your patience am grateful

Hello team,

I’m experiencing an issue with a recent transaction. I successfully made payment for Highstreet tokens from the official website using my wallet, and the payment was confirmed (although Trust Wallet didn’t deduct the network fee). I’ve verified the transaction on BscScan, which shows it was successful. However, I haven’t received the tokens yet, and it’s been over 11 hours. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

You need to reach out to whoever you sent tokens to if it’s not a scam.

guys same issue in my situation. Successfully sent DIONE (eth) from MEXC to my trust wallet, but funds do not appear in my wallet. I would appreciate your help.

@chrissymeonides Please check on the explorer to see if you received it and if you did, then you should add it manually.

hi @Tobi i have received it, its shown in the explorer. I have manually added DIONE on trust wallet using the one and only available network found on coinmarketcap but DIONE funds are still zero in my wallet.

@chrissymeonides That network doesn’t seem supported by Trust wallet.
You should import to a wallet that does and access your tokens there.

thank you @Tobi will try transfer trust wallet to metamask. however trust wallet uses the 12 secret phrase and metamask only the pass key string. so i will need to turn the 12 secret phrase into a pass key using python or some other 3rd party tool.
