Transferred XRP to Wirex, not yet credited

Hi Trust Wallet,

I transferred XRPs from my Trust Wallet to my Wirex card Jan 30th and still have not received them. It has successfully transferred so it says on the Blockchain but i have not got it yet. Please look into this.

Hi Trust Wallet

I transferred my XRP to my Wirex and still have not received them. Does it go elsewhere if it has a different destination tag. I think I may have given a wrong destination tag. My destination tag is 246813428.

Entering an incorrect or invalid destination tag may lead to loss of funds. You need to contact the customer support of Wirex so they can assist you.
