We are happy to announce that we are now supporting Cosmos (ATOM). The Cosmos Network is a decentralized network of independent, scalable, and interoperable blockchains, creating the foundation for a new token economy. ATOM is the native staking token used by so called “Hubs,” the genesis being called “The Cosmos Hub,” the first public proof-of-stake (PoS) blockchain based on a byzantine fault tolerant (BFT) consensus mechanism (Tendermint Core).
Trust Wallet mission emphasizes making cryptocurrency and our multi-asset wallet as easy-to-use and accessible as possible. Trust Wallet already supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRX, XRP, all ERC20 tokens, and other digital currencies. Adding Cosmos wallet support is an important next step in continuing with that mission.
