It’s been some days now that my trust wallet app has been crashing anytime I open it, it stops more than 5 times per day each time I open it and I’ve updated to the latest version and it’s still crashing.
What could be the problem and what is the solution?
Hello @Ladyheart,
To better assist, please provide us the following information:
- Trust Wallet app version (go to settings and press “About”)
- Your Android/iOS version
- Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do before the app crashes)
- Screenshots of the wallet (errors, if any)
Version 1.16.18
Android version 10
It crashes as soon as I log in with my password
Please, try to update your app.
I’m using the latest version I updated it few days ago
That’s not the last version.
You can also save the recovery phrase for all your wallets (if you create more than one you need to save each wallet recovery phrase).
After saving, uninstall and install again using links at trustwallet.com
I apologise for hijack of this thread. But Please help someone. I am a trust wallet customer. I am being scammed by the 32000. airdrop MNE into my wallet without my consent. I’m unable now to access my ethereum tokens, die to Mne hijacking my wallet. That’s what the Menereum is scamming for (out to ste-al ETH) granted its only $100
Worth ETH but this isn’t acceptable as a wallet. There’s not enough security with this trust wallet. And I’m writing here because I’m unable to find how to start my own thread on this forum or ask for support directly. I’m not sure how to get in touch with help and support. If I can’t get my ETH returned from hacked ETH wallet on trust app I will delete this app and be sure to warn everyone not to touch with ten ft bathed Pole. If someone would be willing to communicate with me that knows how to assist I’d be most grateful. regards
Hello @TrustBabe,
Trust Wallet is not associated with Minereum (MNE) and the security is still intact. They airdropped those tokens to a lot of addresses in the Ethereum network with or without consent. Also, they have some kind of unlocking mechanism to access your MNE tokens. Your ETH and other tokens will not be affected, you can still use it.
