My trust wallet app on my iPhone opens and closes automatically . When i touch on it I opens and closes and I have check on the update I has been updated

Sir am always connected to the Wi-Fi it’s seems it has already updated automatically

The update button is unavailable due to my Wi-Fi usage… is there any other way because I can’t find my seed phrase
