I send usdt(trc20) from binance to trust wallet.
Txid: 2ecf8f0665a682e4b9bd0d6c72195ae3ed1c3acecafeb6c21549bb35f3bbc520
Receive address: TKkHqo59Rjc2RveQspj7fqmvEMP2PY5fVd
Binance show sucess.
Tronscan show sucess.

Trust wallet balance show: 0

I have using another device test but balance = 0.

What is your Trust Wallet version ? are you on IOS or Android ? …

Same issues
I transferred USDT via Trc20 chain but now I didn’t find USDT trc20 in Trust Wallet
I am really worried about it

Can you post a screenshot ? of your empty wallet ?

I have transferred USDT from Binance to trust wallet. It shows successful transaction from Binance but not received in trust wallet.

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)
  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)
