hi - i was trying to send some coins from exchange to trust wallet. exchange asked me to send them evidence of the trust wallet registered in my name phone and email address etc. how do i get that info out of trust?
Hello @kchalise trust wallet is non-custodial decentralized wallet. The email, phone number and other user details are not asked during wallet creation. Only your 12 words recovery phrase/private keys are your proof of wallet ownership.
NB. Don’t share recovery phrase with anyone even if he/she’s official support. You can share wallet address if they need, it is safe but not wallet recovery phrase or private keys.
