Hi, I have the same issue, only I need to purchase $50 worth TRX but I get the same message- off limits. Please tell me what other app have you used to purchase the other token required for fees. I just want to get my USDT out of this app and transfer it back yo Binance

You can buy from an exchange like BInance then withdraw it to your wallet.
