TRX Suddently Appear in My Trustwallet ( curious dusting )

Hi All,
in this morning, suddently i’m get new trx token with small amount in my trustwallet.
i never initiate transaction buy or sell with this trx token.

i’m curious this is dusting attact to me… any one can inform me, this is dusting or not ?
and how to prevent it.

I would like to kno what dusting is too. Is it something like cypto com does with small amount of left over cytpto they will convert it to native cro coin
