Trying to swap 1,500,000.00 SAFEMOON to ROCKETMOON with a slippage of 11% but it gives error.

Try to increase your slippage further. If it still errors out, contact the Pancakeswap dev team or admins about it.

For this I simply swapped my SAFEMOON to BNB then to RMOON but for some reason on pancake swap when buying RMOON it shows the stake as 25% of your actually stake in trust wallet

I ended up being able to do the swap at 15% slippage. I tried several variations from 11 - 20 and 15 seemed to work best for getting the transaction to complete but not have too much of a variation.
