Tw shoiwng no coins/tokens

Dear Support,

My TW is not showing any tokens/coins and it is all empty.

Can anyone help me understanding as why it has happened?

@rahuls.usts To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

I’ve sent my coins to correct address in a correct network but TW is not showing the assets

@Jokerima You sent 0.1 MATIC to this address 0x51e9453e9F3897ba933787eaa619b84bEbD6F425 and they have been received there.

That’s right it has arrived as wbnb on polygon network that was the main problem after i added wbnb on polygon network to tw it showed up now can i send wbnb on polygon network to a wbnb address on bsc network can someone help me with that?

@Jokerima The answer is No, because they are on separate networks.
You can rather send to an exchange that supports WBNB polygon deposits and make a swap there to the BEP20 network.
