Hi,

First of all, thank you for your interest.

1- My application version is 1.27.2.
2- My TWT wallet address: 0x6492ec8bbD97b41e86a31486A3b8c0ED6642388E
3- TWT sent address: 0x88D9d32D3DE3ED9B730634275cED9F7970498a8c
4- I did not do anything consciously. When I opened my wallet, I saw that the TWTs in my account went to the address I specified. I want my TWTs to come back. Or I want to know what I did if I made a mistake. If this is a security problem, I would like to report it to trustwallet.

If you think it is an unauthorized transaction, here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);
  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;
  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;
  4. Someone had physical access to your device;
  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.
  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about it. Confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.

I once entered the pancakeswap application in the Dapp section of the trustwallet application. Could I have made an incorrect transaction there? Because I do not have much information about cryptocurrencies.

Based on the tx that you have highlighted, you have sent 248.19 TWT to 0x88d9d32d3de3ed9b730634275ced9f7970498a8c. It says smart contract call since you instructed the smart contract to transfer the token.
