Unable to unfreez TRX

Hi

I staked 4.057 TRX 15 days ago.

Now i cant unstake them, and its shown at frozen section.

When i click on unstake this message appears " not available "

Or when i want
to repeate the staking process, i have seen the message of " insufficient Tron balances "

Its appreciated to be check, i want to get back my coins.

App version: 1.35 , updated on 30 sep 2021

Deposit a little amount of TRX to serve as gas fees before unstaking.
Also kindly avoid repeating similar posts/questions.
