Unable to Unstake Cosmos

I am unable to unstake my cosmos. It’s been more than 21 days and the time remaining says “nan day’s” remaining. Help :persevere:

You need to update your app.
Then on the main Cosmos(ATOM) screen, tap on More to get the Staking options.

Please explain your problem in details.
Also mention your cosmos address and app version.
