Unable to unstake SOL

Hallo,
I wanted to unstake my sol-tokens.
But it’s not possible.
I always get a message with an error.
The amount of my stake is there in my trustwallet but on
solanabeach it is not available.
My trustwallet-app is showing everything.
The amount of tokens and the balance.
How is that possible and what can I do?

I followed your suggestion and submitted a ticket to the chatbot, which directed me to the SolScan website. I emailed them, and below is their response. Considering that this cryptocurrency is shown as having a balance and is valid in both Trust Wallet and on their website, please assist me with unstaking this cryptocurrency.
