Unable to unstake TRX 1.0

Hello,

I am having trouble unstaking my TRX. After looking up my address on tronscan, it is listed as 1.0.

I have followed ALL of the instructions provided here: TRX Unstaking Transaction Error: How to Unstake your TRX | Trust

But I still cannot unstake. Please help!
