Urgent matter and No email respond from support!

So I’ve been trying to reach support via email and ticket, no response at all after more than two weeks!
I have two urgent problems:

Number one is a problem for all the trust users! There is a huge telegram group under the name of “Trust Wallet English” claiming to be support staff, as soon as you contact them, they ask you to “Re-Authenticate” your wallet and in order to do so, they redirect you to a fake website that looks exactly the same as Trust Wallet but with different address. In the re-authenticate section, they ask you to provide the 12 word key phrase :slight_smile: ain’t that nice

Problem number two:
I have transferred some Doge Coin tokens, but in the receiver address part, by mistake, I used my own trust wallet address. In other words, sender and receiver are the same! My tokens are missing, not in wallet not any where and all the transactions were successfully verified and completed.

Any ideas how to get them back?

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

@pshourje we don’t PM users first. We’ll never ask for 12 words recovery phrase. Those are impersonators just block them.

About your issue, you sent tokens to your own address and you received them no missing balance. Your current displaying balance is correct.

According to your token economics, there’s a fee deducted for each transaction. You can read on their website here: If you like Dogs then you’ll fall in love with Baby Doge. – Baby Doge Coin

Bro did you even look at the TXs or the photos? there are 3 outgoing transactions which didn’t come back at all, why else would i be posting this?
one tx for 457,755,750,694 and one for 508,616,182,636 and one for 565,128,973,819. Do these sum up to 458,749,784,781?
