USDT is not available in Trust Wallet ERC20 after transferred from Crypto.com ERC20

I have sent 3172 USDT from crypto.com ERC20 to Trust Wallet ERC20 ā€˜0x768089Df1a28Ba1a61920BF58fCDc63289ADfa8dā€™ address but it was again transferred immediately to different address, so I could not able to see balance in my account. I have submitted the ticket to Trust Wallet support team but yet to get the response from them. Could someone please let me what would have happened with my account as did not shared my credentials/phrase words to anyone or was USDT got frozen network as I did not transferred anything form Trust Wallet to different address. Let me if I need to share any details to help on this.

@sreenata If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your wallet, then it is most likely compromised and you need to stop using the wallet immediately.
Anyone can create a wallet without the need for any user verification.

We have no way to identify the person who has access to a specific wallet or address.

Trust Wallet does not hold the funds. Everything is on the blockchain.

What this means is that a wallet can be accessed using a different app.

The Trust Wallet team cannot reverse, cancel, or refund confirmed transactions in the blockchain since the app is a non-custodial wallet. All transactions done in the blockchain are permanent.

It is recommended to create a new wallet and abandon the compromised one. Please make sure you downloaded and installed the legitimate Trust Wallet app on official sites, you can check here: https://trustwallet.com/
