USDT Transaction stuck on pending

Hello, I have been sent a transaction of USDT, it has been stuck on pending for the last 6/7 hours. No confirmations at all either. The TXN hash displays

‘Sorry, We are unable to locate this TxnHash’

I’ve had a good read on here about reimporting the wallet but just wondering if this is the only option? On the blockchain there’s no record of the tokens being sent out to my address or on their address.
