Used wrong chain address. Need help retrieving these tokens

Sent Eth- Bep2 to LBank address and I guess I used wrong address. Looking for assistance to retrieve the tokens thanks.

Hello @Chad12192 Please contact the customer support of LBank so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

Even though it was a chain transaction? Eth to Eth? Isn’t there a way to retrieve the token and send it to the right address from trust wallet?
