Validate Wallet?

How do I “validate” my Trust wallet? I am being told that my NFT’s are not showing in my trust wallet because of a validation error. I have used Trust for 3 years and never had this problem till now. Does anyone know how to validate a trust wallet?

My wallet is not showing proper balance , my all coins are showing zero except bnb and babydoge. What to do? And there is no chance of my phrase can be stolen as I am the only person who uses my phone
