I get an address for view-only wallet. I need a private key for access. How to get a key?

How do I know that the key is being sold by a real person and not a scammer?

ive got the view only wallet also how do i remove it to use my money i made the wallet to receive payment after making it the person send money to it and then said i had to pay for a code to access my payment she said after making payment the vuew only wallet would be removed is this true or a scam

Why would you pay money for a wallet that isn’t yours ? Or use a wallet created by someone else?
