Well issuing the card means that it is going to take away Decentralised approach of Trust Wallet. The card issuer will know who is who and what sort of funds and transactions you have. Do you really want this?
I wonder if there is a currency which masks the wallet and makes it difficult to know the initiator of the transaction. Payments can be made directly with QR codes through the wallet without the need for any card. Otherwise this becomes as good as your bank account.

Exactly the nature of decentralization would have been defeated hence the issuing of card isn’t necessary.

Link one wallet to a virtual card, others can be anonymous. I think this could replace Paypal for online payments.
