I sent VRA from trust wallet to kucoin. The payout has not arrived. It turned out that I sent VRA on the old contract because the trust wallet did not update the VRA counter to the new one at the time and Kucoin does not support VRA on the old contract. Support Kucoin has assured that the funds can be sent back to the shipping address, but I have to make sure that the trust wallet still supports VRA on the old contract and the funds will be returned to my wallet and I can send them to verawallet and update.
