a Ticket has been submitted for more than 6 days, with all screenshots through the app as instructed. Still nothing from the support team. Would you please advise?

@SKAN If you received a ticket ID via mail, you can respond to that mail.

@Tobi I have opened a support ticket and provided all the details through my mobile app with all the needed screenshots. A confirmation email was received and provided the same information in my reply to that email thread.

@SKAN If you received a response with a ticket ID, you can respond back to the mail.
