Wallet at 0 even with confirmed transfer

i transferred over a little over 500 dollars in bitcoin this morning and while I see the complete transactions my wallet still says 0. I have done everything that the support threads say to do and nothing I have also submitted a ticket with no answer as well. I just don’t know what to do
