Wallet issues need assistance

I had to change phones and since i recovered my wallet all of my erc20 wallet addresses are all the same. I’ve only sent XYO to this wallet and I still have the original address my XYO was sent to, plus I verified on etherscan that my transaction was successful. But my XYO address on trust wallet hasn’t been the same since I changed phones. I cannot see my XYO on trust wallet or the receive address I was given for XYO when I originally created my wallet. I have no idea where to go from here. I have no idea where my XYO went but I know it made it there successfully. What should I do next?
