I Uninstalled trustwallet app and download again. I hit the plus sign on top right and clicked on ethereum and put my 12 word recovery phrase but I still don’t see my coins and funds. I’m totally confused. Please help

Please do the following:

  • Make sure you have the backup of your recovery phrase, private key, or keystore JSON

  • Uninstall the Trust Wallet app

  • Install the app again

  • Import using the backup (do not import an address, that will turn your wallet as a watch-only)

I did put 12 phrase but nothing is available. O can’t believe this happen

Check if the address of the wallet you imported matches the watch only address you have.
Kindly stop duplicating posts too.

Hello, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I imported with recovery phrases, but BNB and other coins still show zero, my wallet address is the same, please help.

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

I can’t type the transaction hash because none of it was visible, I deleted and reinstalled the app, still no transaction hashes and no smart contracts on the BSC network

@uh066 this address has already transferred out all the funds to another address about a month ago.

@uh066 scan you address on bscscan you’ll see all outgoing transactions.

I have just tried to import my watch only wallet but when I finished I can see 1 new ethereum wallet which is accessible and my original wallet as well which is still appearing as watch only wallet. Please help I need to withdraw to binance

Hello @CCN watch only means you imported wallet address instead of wallet recovery phrase. Import your recovery phrase to have full access of your wallet. Here’s how to import: How to Import a Wallet via Recovery Phrase
