I bought Smart Chain BNB worth USD$ 500 from simplex 48 hours ago, received confirmation that the transaction was approved 32 hours ago, but up to now, I have received nothing in my wallet. I have created about three tickets now notifying them about my missing crypto, but all I get in reply is a generic system email that tells me to check my wallet. VERY FRUSTRATED. Anyone had luck with simplex, and how long did it take to get your coins?
