Your Trust Wallet app does not need a Destination Tag.
They are only needed when sending tokens to Exchanges.

I am trying to send some asset to my trust wallet. but the exchange platform requires tag also to can withdraw my asset from there to trust wallet. so I need a tag!! may you help please?
Decentralized wallets does not need a Memo or Tag.
If the exchange requires it, just put in random numbers.
You will still get the tokens deposited.
