Why is my bitcoin not visible on my wallet address

Please I need help. Someone sent me bitcoin since yesterday that’s over 12 hours now. It’s visible on the blockchain network and it showed confirmed. It’s also visible on my transaction history. But it’s not showing on my wallet balance. I’ve tried trouble shooting and all that but to no avail.

I think I found the reason - it was necessary to have a SOL for the commission
maybe it will help someone
