I transfered $8000 from trust wallet in USDT_ERC20 to my wallet in crypto.com. It is saying withdraw confirming. It has been telling me “Under Review” on history page & telling me “Withdraw confirming” on Withdraw Detail page.

@tgaryharvey That may seem to be a fake app claiming to be Trust wallet as there is never an “Under Review” message when you withdraw on Trust wallet.
Trust wallet is decentralized which means you have 100% control over your assets.

Someone sent me 10000 tron from trust wallet to my own trust wallet but haven’t seen any coin till now.
Please you guy should fix this

@Trevoh Please check on the explorer first to see if you have received it and if you have, you can check if your app is up to date and do a wallet reimport.

If the transaction hasn’t been broadcasted to the blockchain yet, then you can reimport your wallet and it should be cancelled.

I want all transactions to my account cancel immediately there was somebody that got into my account and started trading they had no authorization for me to do this so please help me stop this transactions from my account

@Frogmark There is no way to do that, Trust wallet is decentralized and you alone have control of your assets.
If your wallet is compromised, then you need to stop using the wallet and create a new wallet immediately.

Hi this is Mark I just want to apologize to you and to the community I didn’t really mean to make it sound like it was trust while it’s fault I just I didn’t know much about this currency so I was just learning and what she was doing was she was taking my stocks and starting to turn them in like I was giving her the stocks and she was cashing them in for me it wasn’t supposed to be like that see I went to go and get cash out involved with this because I didn’t know anything about it and she got very upset when they did a facial recognition of me so now I have facial recognition on my trustwallets that I will be having and I text her right away and tried to call her but no response but I have a meeting with the sergeant at the Lakewood Police department here in Colorado for tomorrow afternoon to resolve this or to go forward with charges I just want to thank you guys again for listening and for showing me the right way to go about this
And also I want to ask the community for me asking for the help to learn this new currency I got this currency from a dear friend in Indiana she got into this currency I would say maybe many years ago so she wanted to do something special for me for when I go to retire and when I turned 65 she took $5,000 crypto dollars I guess over her her own and asked me to open an account about 2 years ago so when I opened it and she put that in there for me I did not look at that for 14 months and it was up so far I could not believe it so this is why I want to get to learn more about this currency and again I know I’m looking for help to learn it so anyone feel free to text me and guide me the correct way thank you God bless
@Frogmark Sorry about your experience, the first rule you should always have in mind is to never trust anyone or any place where they tell you your money can be doubled easily.
Also there are a few guides on this community forum that you can always read, you can search specific keywords and read posts under them to have a basic knowledge of what they entail.
You can also check the Trust wallet blog as there are many useful tips and insights for beginners also
Please remember also if it sounds too good to be true, then it is most likely not true.
