my friend has under 10 million usd on kucoin made from coins. He is being asked by kucoin customer service to create a trust wallet deposit 10% of his own funds into the trust wallet to prove that the source of funds is genuine. After depositing this huge dollar amount which he does not have, he needs to connect his trust wallet to www.activationme.com to show he has done the proof of assets.
His withdrawal requests on kucoin have remained pending unable to withdraw even a hundred thousand usd. is this a normal process with kucoin and large withdrawals?

@jatdipasand That’s 100% a scam and he needs to reach out to only the Kucoin customer support team to help regarding that issue.
