Withdrawn XRP Wazirx to Trust Wallet , Part of the coins are mssing

I have transferred 25 XRP to trust wallet yesterday , debited from wazirx as normal no issues , but credit only 4.5 XRP in Trust wallet , Any reason why that is ?

Same Issue.

I transferred 70.5 XRP from Binance to the trust wallet. but only received 50 XRP in Trust wallet.

They don’t reply.
