so i have done the same thing. i withdrew XDC from kucoin to my trust wallet address. i have tried to manually enter the xdc wallet on trust and it shows up but none of my coins are showing. is there a way to resolve this or better yet find out where my 11,101 xdc coins are at ?
on kucoin its showing the transaction is successful

I’ve done the same thing, sent my XDC from KuCoin to my trust wallet not realizing that it was a ethereum contract, is there a way to get my coins back?

I have the same problem with a transfer ERC-20 from Kucoin to my Trust Wallet (with ANKR asset)
Just to mention, I use the correct address (ERC-20), and the right Network from Kucoin (ERC-20)
See below :
- Trust Wallet version : 7.28
- ERC-20 address for ANKR in my wallet : 0x24F********************************Cd634
- Status transaction : Success in Kucoin, and completed, - copy of transaction hash : 0x9a531***************************************************76f0ad8
- No msg in the wallet, as the asset from Kucoin does not appear !!
Who knows the reason !??

“Unable to Withdraw XDC from Trust Wallet: Need Help!

Hi everyone, can someone please help me? I sent XDC to my Trust Wallet, and I can see the amount in my account, but I can’t withdraw it to any other wallet. This means I can’t use it for anything at all. 
The issue is that the “Max.” button doesn’t activate, nor does the “Send” button, even when I manually enter an amount to withdraw. I tested sending small amounts of XDC to Trust Wallet, and they are received quickly, but when trying to withdraw… nothing happens. 
Does anyone know how to fix this or if I’m doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
@Ori I’m not sure if you’re getting an error on sending, but did you try reimporting your wallet and trying to send out again.
Hi @Tobi, thank you for your suggestion. I successfully reimported my wallet, and my XDC tokens are now visible again. However, I’m still unable to withdraw them from Trust Wallet.
The “Send” button and the “Max.” button remain inactive, even after entering an amount to transfer. I’ve checked that my XDC is correctly associated with my wallet address, and everything looks fine on the blockchain explorer.
Could you please help me understand why I can’t withdraw my XDC and what steps I can take to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your assistance!
