We do not charge any fees. Any user who claims to be from tech support and charges for fees is a scammer.

You have a problem asking suport to help with sending tokens to the wrong address…but not someone else’s wallet but their exchange’s wallet.

Please make sure you are talking to the correct person. As previously mentioned, we do not charge anyone for technical support.
