Wrongly Transferred USDT from BEP20 to ERC

Hi.

I sent USDT from BEP20 network on trust wallet to USDT address, but ERC network on Hotbit.

The recipient has not gotten the funds.

Please can you help me recovering the funds?

Hello @Maxitwell,

You need to contact the customer support of Hotbit and check if they can recover it and/or credit it to your account. If they are not willing to do so, then, unfortunately, you may consider your cryptos as lost.
