Hi so I had a message come up on my xrp token saying there was a $10 fee to activate my account (I’ve had xrp for a few years now).
I tried to swap some BSB to XRP to do this. Didn’t work. Then I created a new wallet and transferred my full xrp holding to that new wallet in trust wallet.
The token was received and shows a balance but no transaction (and the $10 fee notification had gone).
The sending wallet balance went to zero but the report said the transaction had failed.
Then I have a XRP BEP2 token showing of 20XRP showing now aswell. I’d never purchased this?
What have I done wrong?
Thanks
Hello @bonnietrader To better assist, please send the following information:
-
Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
-
Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)
-
Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)
-
Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)
-
Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)
And this is the wallet I was sending xrp from. Didn’t have xrp bep2 there before I made the transfer to new wallet. No transactions shown in here either. Thanks
Hi @Alan47 the transaction isn’t listed on my incoming or outgoing wallet.
XRP bep2 now shows a balance I didn’t think I had xrp bep2 token.
Thanks
@bonnietrader it occurs sometimes, but is there any missing balance? If not, you can track your transactions on explorer.
