Binance funds sent to trust wallet but nothing is showing up

Please contact Binance again and lay your complaint to them.

I’ve already done that - They said they can’t do anything now because it’s left their wallet, it’s all down to the receiver wallet to find the funds. They also showed me the details of the Luna being sent, they can’t understand themselves why it’s not showing up when both transactions were sent together.

Jenny do you work for Trust Wallet or are you just helpful?
I’ve still not heard anything back from trust wallet and its been well over a week. Any idea why or how long they normally take? I’m sure they said I would recieve a reply within 4 working days.

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

What is the amount you sent out to Binance? And what is the amount returned?
Can you provide the transaction hash for them?

It’s for the 232 Luna.

I recieved the 99 Luna back ok and they sent it at the same time.

Not the 232 Luna. On the 21st both the 99 and the 232 was sent to binance. On the 25th both transactions were returned but only the 99 Luna is showing up in my wallet.

I think you might be looking at the 132 which was sent transfered out again.
