Hi,
I’m having the problems. I have sent BTC from coinbase to trsut wallet and 5 numbers transactions over the past 3 months are not displaying.

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)
  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)
  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

@Noel8 If your transaction history is not being shown, it’s nothing to worry about as it is just a visual glitch.
You can always check the explorer to confirm your balance and see transaction history.

thanks Tobi, so the transactions aren’t always shown on trust wallet?

when i click on the ‘view on block explorer’ it doesn’t show me the transaction was confirmed.

@Noel8 They aren’t always shown, also if your transaction is not confirmed yet on the blockchain, all you can do is wait for it to be confirmed.

My dogecoin took around 15 minutes to send and I assume it is part of the same network as BTC, so BTC transactions shouldn’t take long as well currently, network could get congested in certain times however.
