Tobi – No idea what you did but BTC was released and sent back to my wallet.

Wanted to thank you sooner but could not open your reply for a few days and with sell off not been to wallet for a few more. Thank you. (Or maybe you did nothing and return was coincidental with our exchange??)

@Wickxchnage Please check your address on the explorer and see if your tokens are there. If they are, then the zero balance display in your wallet is just a visual glitch.
You can either wait or if you need your tokens urgently, then import your seed phrase to another wallet and access it there.

I am going through same problems for 5 days now .i transferred btc from my trust wallet to remitano wallet and still not received on remitano .i am really frustrated at the moment because i have been using same wallet for bigger transactions and i have never gotten this error.How do i go about this ?

@Mannie2012 Please check on the explorer to see if your BTC was confirmed sent, if it was then you need to contact the receiving wallet support team.

@owadml2014 I’m not sure what you mean by “paid for” but if you mean sending to an address or participation in a token sale, it would be best to reach out to that tokens support team.
