Converted my bnb s to the smart chain on trust wallet. My bnb s are gone but I have no smart chain! what is happening? please help. it has been 1 hour already that I am waiting. I thought it is a glitch or something but I guess not. So my problem is the exact problem with everybody else.

Same issue here, I finally see the transaction back into the main BNB balance, minus the transaction fees. How can I get my full transfer balance back?

Same issue for me. Just transferred from Binance with confirmation, went to ‘swap to smart chain” and sent all - half hour later got no confirmation and no history of sent or recieved!! Not happy at all after spending hundreds of pounds.
Like everyone else here I did a what seemed like a simple swap attempt from BNB to Smart Chain and poof 10 thousand dollars gone. No transaction record.
A known issue that has customers having their money vanish and nothing is being done?? That’s all that needs to be said about the developers of this wallet. Seems like a class action may be in their future. Thanks to crypto I’ve got the money so why not.
Seem alot of people had the same issue last hour or two, hope i get my money back. What a rly big problem we have here.

I just got my bnb back but it took a little over an hour to reappear. Has anyone successfully converted bnb to smartchain today?
Hey guys, I have the same prob as all of u, I finally after almost 12 hours got BNB on my account, but when I swapped them for Smart Chain, my BNB are gone and I dont have any Smart Chain, is there a way how to fix it?

smart chain to BNB working fine but converting back to Smart chain from BNB isn’t working.
hope they are not burning some smart coins at the same time.

I got my bnb back but mins they took transferred fee to smart chain which i did not get it from converting just they sent bnb back with minus ? How we can get the transaction fees back
Having issues with the BNB swap option. I did the swap but still my BNB smart chain wallet shows 0
Update : the coins did come back. Took two hours but they came back.
Unfortunately I had to try another smart chain swap, in order to make my purchase it will have to be smart chain. That swap also failed and now I’m right back to missing coins again.
At least I know they come back…
Ive been waiting an hour and it doesnt show a tranaction id or anything this is my first time using the app

Got my bnb coins back…somehow I got substantially less back than what I tried to convert. This app is…something else.
So I swapped my BNB for the BNB smart chain, and like a lot of other users here my BNB were missing for about an hour. However they came back. Now the issue is: the coins came back as BNB, however the network fees are subtracted!! I don’t understand what happened here. How can conversion rates/fees been subtracted but the BNB never converted to the smart chain. Can someone help??
I have received BNB back for the first transaction (obviously less transaction fee - (not the end of the world in crypto market as the whole market chews lot of fees).
concerned if I should try again? also concerned when will I get my second transaction BNB back.

Same here. I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes. Still, nothing shows up. Both my BNB and Smart Chain BNB show ZERO now.
So I just got my coins back as BNB from the swap to Smart Chain after 50 minutes and yeah, they came back as BNB but this piece of crap ass application counted the fee, for the service that never happend, thank you!
