Having same issue with Baby Santa Token I bought. Did not receive all tokens

Token details:-
Network: Smart Chain
Contract: 0xfccf3229063b1aa16af6b9b5de1b7e0c1bfe4046
Decimals: 9

I have added it as custom token but I didn’t not receive all tokens.
Among the 6 purchase I made, for 2 of those transactions I didn’t receive “Baby Santa token” but my BNB was used up.
My transaction hash shows all 6 purchases were successful.

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

@Annenbk the amount displayed is correct, that’s what you have currently. If there’s error during swapping and you received less amount, contact platform used during swapping.

@Magicsarip this address never received any transaction and is not yet activated. Probably you are looking on wrong wallet. Check again please.
