Bought catecoin didnt reflect

Hi. I bought some cate coin. Says succesful in transaction history but didnt reflect on TW.

I got CateCoin too. It’s weird because I can see the purchased Cate in my Trust Wallet - but only sometimes! If I refresh the wallet’s main screen like 4-5 times, my balance shows up again. Then goes away next time I refresh or do anything else in the app. Fricking bizarre. Anyone experience this?

Hi jenny. I’ve already added catecoin as my token. This is additional purchase. Went successful but didnt reflect the additional purchase

Just this certain transaction through pancake didnt correctly added on my holdings. Hoping this clears my concern

Thats weird.
This certain transaction amounts to 68usd i still have the same amount of cate as of speaking. I shouldve atleast 350usd total amount of catecoin by speaking

Check your address on the explorer, you have $240 worth of CATE coins

Yes. I saw that. However. I have already that amount prior to the transaction. :pensive: I tried looking for pancake support to check it on their end but sadly they dont have.

Also when i try to check history on pancake. When i click on the certain transaction, it wont let me get to bscscan. It directs me to google instead

Hello,
I traded FINE for CATECOIN using pancake swap. The transaction was processed successfully and the balance of my FINE tokens was reduced but I have a zero balance for CATECOIN. I’ve double checked everything, recipient wallet matches, I’ve already tried restoring my wallet, and it still appears as zero. Please help.

Hello,
I did as you suggested and the coin appeared as Catecoin 1 with my coin balance. After some research I found out the there are 2 versions and that is the Catecoin 1 & Catecoin 2. I just bought it and Catecoin 1 was discontinued in July. Why would it not appear as the newer version? The old version was inaccessible when I bought, and I can’t trade or sell it as it appears in my wallet. Have you heard of this issue in the past?
