I tried to send USDT (TRC20) from my TrustWallet multi-coin wallet three times: twice on 2023-04-24 and once on 2023-05-07. I had enough TRX for these transactions. However, all three transactions failed with the error FAILED -OUT OF ENERGY. For each of the three transactions, the same amount of 25.2 TRX was burnt, therefore I lost 75.6 TRX in total.
I opened a support ticket #487003 for this issue on 2023-04-23, and I received an email requesting further details. I promptly responded to the email but then received a notification that my ticket had been closed. I replied again to the same email and provided the requested details, but received the same closure notification. I followed up twice more via email to understand what was happening but received no response from the support team.
