Coin yet to be seen in my wallet

I made a token transfer to my wallet, and the token is under BEP20, but the network is unavailable; the available network was ERC20. I did the transfer with ERC20, and the transfer was confirmed in the blockchain that it was successful, but for 3 hours now, I have not seen the token in my wallet.

The version I have is 11.0(940).
I just wondering that is is the first time i encounter this situation.usually went I buy the btc .it turn into my main wallet.but this time.I saw my transaction.but not in the main there any way to or how can we put the btc into the main wallet

Your just said that there is an error in my wallet,should I need to used a new wallet ID.

@badette That was an impersonator and they’ve been banned, check the name it came from well and always do your due diligence. There’s nothing like error node.

What should I need to do to put the btc that I bought 2. Days ago to go to the main wallet.I can see it in the transaction but not transfer to the main wallet.thank you

Hi!tobu I did reset my main wallet.I try to buy the btc to regain my other btc that I bought yesterday.It’s say transfer,but not in my restore main there any problem that the trust have an issue.please let me know. Thank you

@badette Please open a support ticket from your Trust wallet app.
Before opening a ticket, ensure you have tried troubleshooting the issue yourself first, you can use the chatbot in your settings for common troubleshooting
Settings → Support
Then if you still have the error, open a ticket

To reduce response times from customer support, please include the following info in the ticket:

App version, device model, wallet address, TX hash (if available), and the blockchain + assets you’re experiencing the issue with, and any relevant screenshots or videos to duplicate the error.

It’s me again badette.I did do the recovery of my main wallet and I tried to buy the btc for the third time.and it’s not show again in my main wallet but I can see it that it’s complete buy…please tell me what to do. Thank you

@badette There is a message shown when you click Bitcoin in your wallet that Transactions issues may occur. You can always check on the block explorer to see your funds.
