Crypto not reflecting on my wallet

The Bitcoin in my account is reflecting on both the explorer and transaction history but is not reflecting on my wallet even after reimporting the wallet.

Dears,
I have done a swap between from bnb to Nei yesterday. I spent ~350 $ bnb but only received ~160 $ of Nei.

I received the fund but it’s in Blockchain…but not shown in the wallet…may I know what should be the reason…any idea sir?
