I sent payment to Moonpay. I kept waiting for an hour and it is nothing… I dont want to close the app because I might lose my money totally…

For double-checking, please send the following information:
- Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
- ETH wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)
- Transaction hash or link given by MoonPay
- Screenshot of the email from MoonPay (showing the transaction hash, destination/receiver address, and amount, you can cover the order ID)
- Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Sorry to hear about that. In this situation, only MoonPay can assist, as they have the transaction history. You have to wait for their response about the purchase.
Hi I am having the same issue. Crypto says delivered but it is not in my TrustWallet.
Same here. Bought eth at 8am this morning got confirmation and said it went through. Went to track my transaction and said it was delivered at 8:40 to my trust wallet and its not there. 5 hours later and its still not there

Just got word that MoonPay had an outage last time due to the influx of orders.

Going on 12 hours and my eth still hasnt been delivered to my wallet but moonpay says it has been. Hash shows nothing and says sorry not found. What is going on this is ridiculous and I what I paid for what do I need to do. I already contacted both of you and its ridiculous how slow you guys are.

Same moonpay shows delivered but not showing up in trust wallet. When I check the hash it shows no results.

Has anyone gotten payments from Moonpay here? Same issue as everyone above, going to contact my bank tomorrow to report fraud/chargeback to my card if Moonpay does not send funds. Rediculous Trustwallet, to support such fraud and I will not be using your wallet in the future.

Mine finally showed up in my wallet. It took about 3 hours after showing delivered.

Same issue, purchased 8 hours ago. Moonpay sends email that says everything is complete yet I have 0 in my ETH section of Trust Wallet.
